Got a Xen Server Template Windows 2008 R2, thats had alot of things already set (disk size, server manager disabled etc, etc)

We spin up, windows patch host and re-run sysprep

While ideally Sysprep (and Generalize) would only be run once on an image before it hits production, it is not unheard of to run it more than once. We had our Citrix XenApp 7.6 environment setup for us a while ago and from time we get a little latency as the VDAs etc are host remoted over a private 1GB WLAN link. Most of the time it's great.

However I've found that you can install a local ADMX template called 'Receiver Group Policy ADMX Template'
